Clip rights & takedown
We make clips of streamers. Here is how we handle the people, music and footage in them.
Pitch clips
Before someone is a client we may make a few clips from their public streams to show what we do. Those clips are sent only to that streamer, through a private link. We do not post them, sell them, or show them to anyone else without the streamer's written yes.
Client clips
For clients, we only work on footage the client has asked us to use. The client decides what gets posted and where.
Other people in a clip
Guests, other streamers or members of the public can ask us to blur, cut or not use them. We do not knowingly feature anyone under 18 in a clip without a parent or guardian's consent.
Takedown requests
If you own something in a clip we made (music, footage, a name or likeness) and want it removed, email [email protected] with: what the clip is and where you saw it, what you own, and how to reach you. We reply within 2 business days and remove anything we control while we look into it. [OPEN: formal DMCA agent registration if we host clips publicly]
